I've noticed there are a few recurring characters in this piece and the other Najera piece. Prince Edward and Pedro of Castile are the more obvious ones, but I have to inquire about the one standing just below, slightly in front of prince Edward. He appears in the other piece as well, and seems distinct enough. Was it just that you prefered to keep the character in both pieces, or is he supposed to be some historical individual in particular?
A stellar picture, either way. Great work showing the chaos of battle, as well as making the Black Prince a rallying point amidst the disorder.

Hello, thank you. I had to look way back into my client's emails, and so we can identify the following: Prince's standard bearer is Sir Nicholas Sarnesfield. Next to him in the flag's shadow is Sir Hugh Calverley (white, 3 bulls and red stripe). King Pedro of Castile has the castles and lions on red and white quarters. The man in red with gold chain device is Martin de la Carra, representing the King of Navarre. The man right in front is Sir Richard Abberbury.

It's amazing to think of how powerful England's been in history--and wealthy, in relation to the rest of the world.  Nice sense of building carnage, great gear and color.

I see that Spanish soldier to the left is seen with the culture of the Berber/Arab fashion.
